Rick Todd started recruiting in 1992 after a successful career in public relations, management, and professional stage theatre management. He has personally developed a client list of international, national and regional firms.

In addition to recruiting and consulting, his experience as a manager identifying emerging markets, hiring, and training, has assisted in his expertise regarding the challenges of maintaining the lead in competitive settings and establishing new footholds in emerging markets.
